will be great getting to see Asche for a couple months. I think Franco has more upside/all-star potential, but Asche looks like a solid infielder as well. I bet his OPS and fielding will be at least slightly better than Young, too.

He'll be a bench player, and he knows it. Phillies need to see what they have in Asche. Faced with that, I have to think Young is going to be more amenable to a trade, whether it's to Texas or not.
