It'd be hard enough to overcome with an established coach. A new coach and team doesn't need to deal with Riley Cooper and his drunk ass shit talking racist bullshit.
I'd seriously cut him if I was Kelly. It would earn him a ton of respect from his new team in my opinion. Even Cooper's closest friends would realize he had it coming and only has himself to blame. Sounds like Cooper is one of those guys you hate to go out with because he cannot handle his alcohol, gets in people's faces and is basically a classic case of 'instant asshole: just add alcohol' guy who does nothing but stir shit and cause problems. I had friends like that in college and everybody distances themselves from those kinds of guys over time because you get sick of babysitting and apologizing for their comments, antics, and showings. I don't need to get my teeth knocked out b/c you are a bad drunk.
