Your game commentary is the the best. You're already in midseason form!

I saw him trying to act smooth with 2 Kim Kardassian look-alikes who were looking for some better tickets. Pitiful.

But as many have written...don't equate him with a journalist and you'll feel much better.

Ten years ago, during Hoagiegate, I was banned from the EMB for something I wrote there about Spadaro, that Spadaro himself called "the cruelest thing anyone had ever posted on this board." (I wrote to the effect that Spadaro was a poor public face of the organization, that Joe B. had undoubtedly taken him to the woodshed, and that he was lucky he still had a job with the Eagles and he knew it.) The very next week was the home preseason opener, the very first Eagles football at Lincoln Financial Field, and I went to check out the stadium and my new seats. And sitting right behind me -- Dave Spadaro himself, reporting remotely from the 200 Level for the Eagles Football Network. I didn't introduce myself.

                        BWAHAHAHAHA

I remember you telling the story about your post but not the POSTSCRIPT to the story.

                        Classic.

He just rubs me the wrong way. He seems like an ok guy but every time I see him I see a smug little jagoff.

I think the problem is two fold.

                            1) He has a job that most Eagles fans would love to have. He gets to hang out with the team all day. He gets to enjoy the facilities. He gets to see places and things that no average fan gets to see. And he gets to write about the Eagles.

                            2) For having such a sweet gig, he takes himself WAY too seriously.

                              Not just seriously, but personally.

He takes personal offense if someone says some 2nd string OLineman sucks. It's real jocksniffer stuff.
