They both seem to grasp this offense and execute it well albeit against non-scheming teams. I assume with all things being even it would have to go to body of work over career and I expect Vick to be named.

From what I see I would be comfortable with either one.

Side note: Special teams looks good from coverage and return perspectives

I think it goes to Vick because he's exactly the type of QB for this offense. Foles looked awesome too though.
