The guys own table shows that Vick as the same number of over 100 QB rating games as he does below 80 rating games. Between 80 and 100 he has less than the other two categories combined.

That's inconsistent. A consistent QB would have the bulk of his games around his average rating. The guy should have calculated the mean and standard deviation of Vick's ratings.
