Sometimes you have to wonder what the ref was watching when they went under the hood for a replay review. They should have an actualy NFL challenge committee sitting at the league office to determine every challenge called in. Don't rely on the refs since most of these guys are old and technology challenged. Heck, you can't even be sure they're watching an actualy replay film or just starring at a porn show for all we know!
