Pretty sure that's what I said. Personality doesn't matter if you're winning games, but if Texas A&M starts losing games or Manziel isn't successful in the NFL, there is no doubt in my mind we'll see him arguing with coaches and teammates on the sideline, and throwing other people under the bus in press conferences which only leads to a horrible locker room.
