Almost has to be an inside (employee type) job, BUT, it's reported there are at least TWO shooters, kinda kills the disgruntled employee ideal.
You just don't stroll onto a military installation with a duffle bag full of guns and ammo, esp. since bases are now considered "gun free" zones.Comment
