Eagles make a move

The Philadelphia Eagles are expected to sign defensive back Roc Carmichael off the Houston Texans' practice squad, according to Aaron Wilson of National Football Post.

Carmichael, a former standout cornerback with Virginia Tech, played in six games last season and had five tackles on defense with one pass deflection.
