The only reason Chip was even in this game was because of the great players Reid brought in and developed like McCoy, Mathis, Jackson, Peters, Avant, and Cole.

Reid left Chip 3 pro bowlers on the offensive side of the ball alone and one of the only QBs in the league that can run Kelly's bullshit gimmick offense. Imagine Kelly trying to play his backyard ball bullshit with Alex Smith as his QB. But since Reid is a real coach, he was able to design real NFL plays that took advantage of his QBs strengths and expose fraud Chip Kelly.

As I mentioned last night to you, you have too high of expectations from these players. Three years, people. Three years. That's how bad the personnel is on the Eagles sideline.

There are 53 men on the roster and only about half of them have actual NFL talent. And most of them have NFL backup talent. Too many starters who should be backups and too many guys on the roster that have no business being in the NFL. And btw, this includes the highly touted O Line. They aren't among the NFL's best. Far from it.

Be happy that they have Tom Gamble and others in the scouting dept now. But they can't change shit into gold in one offseason. Gonna take three.

People can complain about the coaching all they want. Coaches can protect one or two weak links, but when the whole chain is weak there's absolutely nothing you can do.
