  • KC Defense laid down a little bit how to stop Kelly's potent offense

Take out or limit Jackson with a safety over the top and Vick/Offense stalls. McCoy could get all the ground yards but he is not a HR hitter like Jackson. Neutralize Jackson because Cooper and the rest are not going to cut it. I believe FF knew this all along and tipped his DC on it.

6.4 yards per carry and a 40 yard td run last night. I fail to understand how shady isn't a home run hitter.

I think this one was more on the OL. It's well-documented that Vick gets rattled when there's interior OL breakdowns. Lane Johnson and Herremans were getting abused all night. There's gonna be ups and downs with Johnson as a rookie. Hopefully he keeps learning. This season is a test run to see what they can execute well before they make a more serious run next season with their QB of choice.

I think teams fear Jackson more than McCoy. Jackson takes away a lot from the box area for McCoy. They need to have a CB and Safety for Jackson alone to keep him in check.

I agree that Jackson opens things up for McCoy but teams still fear Shady. Again, the dude absolutely is a big play threat. If they take away Jackson, run the ball. This would have been sufficient last night if not for stupid turnovers.

Shady is on pace to break the single-season rushing record. He is extremely valuable and he needs the ball.

There have been an unheard of amount of unforced turnovers with this team so far. This is something that is obscuring how effective the offensive philosophy can be. The team has some serious focus problems and these are the types of mental mistakes that tend to compound as the season goes on.

Damaris fumbling a fair catch is inexcusable. He's too small. He's not that fast and he typically doesn't do shit on returns. Why is he on the roster again?

I don't get why Damaris Johnson doesn't just fair catch the ball in his end zone either. He runs real fast out of his end zone, right into whatever block in front of him, but that's it. He has no shifty moves to make people miss. If there's a wide lane for him to run through, then it's good, but you have to make people miss to get that hole to open up!

Cooper doesn't have the speed of a WR to burn anyone. Maybe we can let Johnson try out at WR??

Wrong Cooper and others are not going to see the ball that often because Vicks brain cant process that fast or he cant see over the line to process that fast.

Foles when in distributes the ball to a much greater degree. Makes the reads and keeps the chains moving. Vick is a load of shit out side of his ability to run the ball. First priority for a qb in the spread is the ability to make multiple reads and change things up at the line. Vick does not nave the mental capacity to do this never will.

If you know its not Vick why not find out if Foles has what it takes. This is a throw away season. I think many on this board really dont want to see that because they dont want to see Foles be successful. Reason they want a qb in the draft next season.

Hell we could pick up Johnny football maybe in the second round. Im down with that but first I would like to give this kid Foles his shot.

Didn't he go down last night running into his own lineman?

We all know that you hate Vick with a passion but your post is completely ignorant. Go look at the first 2 games against Washington and San Diego and see how they played Jackson. Did Vick get him the ball or didn't he ?

Look at the game last night and tell me what you see and who they played and then get back to me.

You have to be completely delusional if you think Foles could run this offense. I think you have watched to many pre-season games with Foles/Kelly that were meaningless.
