What happened to our TEs???

I thought we drafted a good TE and already have another good TE in Celek. I thought we were gonna run a lot of 2 TEs set and use a lot of passes to the TEs. In this game, Celek got 2 catches, Ertz got 1 catch! WTF happened to them? Is it because Vick is too dumb to throw to a TE because he kept looking at DJax? In a fast pace offense where most of the time, you don't get max protection, you can't hold on to the ball too long while waiting for your WR to go deep every play, you have to use your TEs in the short and medium routes!

Vick's only advantage is he can scramble and run, but that's about it. We all knew Vick doesn't have the accuracy. We all knew he can't read defenses. We all knew he takes dumb sacks and is a turnover machine. What else does the coaches need to see to know what we already knew???

What we need to find out is that are our TEs any good? Can they catch passes? Are there plays designed for them to catch passes? Maybe we need to get a QB that can throw to the freaking TEs to keep the drive going and not take bombs all the time.

I thought the same thing about the TEs. I thought they would have a lot of to tight sets ala the Pats. They were no where to be found last night. One way you get the single high safety off of DeSean is to abuse the LBs with the TEs down the seam. Apparently they couldn't get open last night.
