My neighborhood is getting back to normal, I got nothing out of FEMA or out of my insurance, but we feel lucky given the amount of destruction on the street around us. It is a little weird though, between the Disaster Tourists and the Flood Vultures (people representing mold remediation companies, flood fixers, etc who knock on your door at all hours offering you "deals."

As for the gayte, OB has soundly thrashed my character for not showing up ever and I fully recognize I have work to do on that front. The trick is making it work in the schedule...
