        I would start Foles. Give Vick another week to rest the hammy. Tampa Bay has a decent defense but an 0-5 team is still an 0-5 team. Foles isn't a rookie. Gotta raise the bar sometime. Do it while it means something or it won't be a good test.

          When does the bar get raised for Vick? He has shown time and again he is not good enough.
