Vick knows he's done. He wants to see the team succeed and knows Foles gives them the best chance. He has already discussed it with Chip. But he doesn't want it to turn into a situation of him being demoted so they will use the hamstring situation to ultimately name Foles the new starter. Then we will part ways with Vick quietly and he will be somewhere else next year.
