It helps that the division is really weak. Still I'll be surprised if he hangs around more than three seasons. College coaching is so much less hassle.

I didn't think he would suck. Definitely an offensive guru. But we'll have to see how driven he is to succeed in the NFL. Will he butt heads with Howie over personnel?

If I were him, I'd go back to a comfy college job.

tbh he doesn't seem like he enjoys the nfl as much as college ball. I wouldn't be surprised if he does leave in a few years. I'm just hoping he builds a decent team in the meantime.
