Killed it with the Italian sausages. The Caesar drinks that Ken from Canada made were very tasty. he said they had clam juice in them, but I would have never known it.

Sliced chuck (I think) marinated in Caribbean jerk sauce, and topped with provolone. Yeah, sandwich was the original thought, but they were good right off the plate.
