Really? It looked to me that he had to really step into his passes just to get the ball to go 30 yards.
Barkley does not have a strong throwing arm at all.
It also looked to me that he was trying to help Nick Foles out by looking about as bad as a QB can play.
That being said, I agree, put him in at this point.
