at first it was "he has emotional problems"...then pft started posting something from i think a miami herald reporter about "abuse" and something else.

things were said about his family, him and threats and something else. final straw was one of the o-lineman invited him to eat with the other o-linemen...he went over and they all got up and left and he snapped.

it's seems small but if they have been doing things like this and worse...it adds up. he's only 23-24...a kid. basically, disgusting behavior...and most of it is because he's weird.

pft made a good point...locker-rooms are probably not closer to accepting an openly gay team-mate any time soon.

When I heard the Dolphins' players had given the nickname "Big Weirdo" to Martin, the first thing that popped into my mind is that nickname could have been applied to SpongeBob as well.
