Whats wrong with his statement? All I see is you "Know it alls" humming and halling about it but none of you came back with any re-buttal. I'm not saying that Coop is the best WR on the team but none of you can give a good explanation as to why he isn't. Is he better than Avant? Yes is he better than Johnson? Yes. How about Jeff Mahl? absolutely. Desean is the only WR that you can make an argument about and he only seems to play when he is getting the ball. Otherwise he's on teh sideline pouting.

i actually looked up jimmy smith's team-mate keenan mccardell...not sure he was a #1...but a really good #2...but he was poop his first three years and then put up 709 his 4th and then was pretty solid the rest of his career.

i don't know what cooper is to be honest...he's kind of like foles for me. Like, i see something there...there is potential...but is he just going to be a 3rd wideout or actually end up being a surprise.

I think that's 100% fair and accurate, and if Riley ends up being a high end #3 for the next couple of years, GREAT! I'm happy with that.

the second part is what i'm not sure about...sometimes it clicks...sometimes it doesn't.

does he has the physical ability? i think he does...he's fast enough, he's got size and he can jump.

but, he has questionable hands and struggles to get off the line against press coverage. Chad Johnson earlier this year said something like, "i love riley but he has to stop hand fighting at the line. he needs to dip his should and then just run past the defender".

desean has more ability...i mean, if desean was 6'0" and 185 desean is going bonkers all over the place.

Everyone was getting single covered in that game...what were you watching? I can see the hate for #50 but #14 is playin some ball this year when he has gotten his chance to be a full time player. I know you may hate him because he said the N-word drunk but I hated Vick when he killed dogs but still gave him props when he performed. All about the team and winning, if that's not what you're about I feel sorry for you and everyone else that hates #14.
