We make it with my cousins in North Jersey,,they are from Calabria...My father being Calabraise,, as a Kid I remember it was made in the Pig stomach,,called Auduba...they are huge and tend to be softer,,,they would spread it on bread...check out the images,,they show the Audubas hanging,,,stuff is sooo fucing hot...
