Foles won, but not with a great performance

Not trying to get into a pissin contest over this, but nobody really knows just how much up side Foles has, it remains to be seen. As far as a QB that is more mobile and has a stronger arm? He's sitting on the Eagles bench right now, "better" is a relative term.

A competent performance. Even a decent performance. But not enough in my view to have sealed the deal on the job for the rest of the season.

Would you rather go back to Vick? Foles would have to have at least two more Dallas games or worse to go back to Vick in my opinion. Foles has shown way too much good to not allow him to blow it.

foles has done a generally nice job but i credit kelly more than foles. i'm not convinced at all they couldn't upgrade from foles at qb.

Keeping Foles if he keeps this up and draft a 'project' QB to groom a couple of years. being able to use early round picks on D or Oline would help build this team. we do have three older o-linemen.

Actually, if he has a couple of more "decent" games with wins, he may well BURY those other guys starting numbers. NOT that numbers are the whole equation by any means, but I suppose if you are going to compare you have to start somewhere.

Brees was dick his 3rd year...flat out terrible. He became back and played well after some questions about his ability and his arm. Based on physical ability I can flat out make the comparison.

I don't know if foles can be as good... but he's played well and has shown a bunch that can be interpreted as a good qb to maybe a great qb. Great? No clue....good? Absolutley

That is fine by me for a second year guy. He has earned a few more starts, especially with Vick being 33, a turnover machine, made of glass, and never seeming to understand the game any better.
