  • 2012 QB Draft Class in 2013

    Luck: 13 TD - 3 INT
    RG3: 12 TD - 9 INT
    Wilson: 15 TD - 6 INT
    Foles: 16 TD - 0 INT (5 games)

Wilson is playing really well. As of right now I would have it wilson...luck...rg3 and foles. Weeden sucks and tannehil is meh... but he's young and hasn't been playing qb that long

and yet if you were being honest, would't you take Foles over any of the other 3

the question is whether Chip has learned enough about what wins in the league: a mobile qb or passer/distributor

Three of those four are passer/distributors who are also extremely mobile. That's what the prototype should be.

Come on, Anthony. Nobody would take Foles over Luck or Wilson. Especially Luck.

And a healthy RGIII n Kelly's offense would be sick.

i would easily place luck ahead of RG3. i know you're talking about what the guys have done more so than ability, but i think wilson benefits greatly from playing on the most complete roster in the NFL. imo he was being masked a bit until around december of last season, which i wouldn't have said about luck. while i give wilson credit for leading some comebacks, a lot of those comebacks have come against inferior teams like the bucs and rams.

i almost view wilson as a smart mike vick. vick is good at the end of games because he can kind of do his thing and throw out the playbook. that's how he won against baltimore and cleveland last season, and if i recall correctly we always scored a lot of points at the end of the first half because of this. but with vick you have to worry about stupid mistakes and injuries putting the game out of reach. wilson protects himself and doesn't make stupid mistakes. he can win the game for you if it's close, and he never lets the opponent get a big lead.

i understand, dude was a winner in college too. but let's say you put him on the colts last season, i don't think they make the playoffs. 18th in O, 21st in D, and no running back.

Maybe not....but I Don't know that he doesn't pay well for them.

Speaking of colts....they got robbed for the trent richardson deal.

Change that to 6INTs for Luck after yesterday.

A "smart" Mike Vick would be the ultimate weapon...correct? But that would be less than Luck or RG3?
500 internet fights, that's the number I figured when I first joined igglephans. 500 internet fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate internet-tough guy. You need them for experience, to develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then...after...you realize that's what you are.

Maybe it's not the best comparison, but I think his ability to win if you let him hang around is similar to Vick's. But he doesn't put the game out of reach with stupid mistakes and he doesn't get himself hurt.

I can never understand why Vick is unable to find passing lanes in the pocket, but Wilson and Brees can.
