I posted about this a couple weeks ago. They've got some real good players on D which obviously helps, but the quotes in regards to Ginger from his team and Rivera are glowing.

Roob Frank has a very high opinion of him and says he'll be a head coach soon enough.

He was thrust into a real real tough position here and was prolly not ready. Seems like he is now.

Unforunately, he took over as the last of the defensive players recruited by Rhodes and Johnson were cycling out, and he was inheriting the Banner/Reid B, C and J festival of fools.

Ginger definitely has better players now, but I'm thinking Rivera is part of the story.

Rivera did well as DC in two places before he got the Carolina job.
