what the Eagles are doing this season. After 10 games the birds have won more games then last year, which indicates movement forward over last season.

However you fall with Nick Foles and the season he is putting together, the needle has moved and the Eagles can make a run in a very weak NFCEast.

Six games remain and 4 of them are at home. Right now that is not comforting yet with all the knocks and warts this team has it bodes well for the future.

Do I see the Eagles running the table? no, do I see winning 3 or 4 games could be. A win this weekend with a bye afterwards will decide how I feel with this season. everything else this season is gravy but the opportunity for Kelly to make a move and pull off a NFCE title with the mess Reid left will go far toward the foundation of the future.

Without saying it Kelly has made Foles the defacto starter and it is his job to lose. Foles could be playing himself into the starting job in 2014 for the Philadelphia Eagles. I could live with what he is doing so far and can live with him for the next decade or so.

Draft Defense in next years draft and move toward a new run.

BUT its more of a condition of a weak NFL this season. It is not wishful thinking or some kind of "green Koolaid" drinking. This team is going to win a few more games this year with no expectations.

Who left on their schedule are killer can't miss playoff teams? Detroit?, Chicago?...

Granted Luck has a lot to do with it, but we could end up 8-8 or 9-7...

They are so much easier to watch this year than last and it is just year 1. As far as Foles are you OK if he started next season as our Starter? that is the question Kelly has to answer.
