Well i guess its official and this is coming from a vick fan, i like vick but i am an Eagles fan first, mike cant stay healthy,we all knew that, foles is no superman either but he is looking good right now, he beat some sorry teams, blew the dallas game and if Green Bay wasnt beat uup and Aaron would have played, it would of been a whole different outcome of that game favoring the packers!! the D is somewhat waking up, and the Eagles are looking hot, for how long, who knows, but i agree, keep foles in while he is somewhat hot!! mike even knows he's done in philly but taking it cool for what we see but he is pissed for real, cant blame no one but himself for being injury prone, time to move on, ride this season out and be a commentator next season because no one is gonna be knocking down the doors to pic up a old injury prone Qb,!! it is what it is, thanks mike for the years and excitement you brought here but everything comes to an end, i will still rock his jersey proudly.

You can only play the next team on your schedule. Is it the Eagles fault that Rodgers got hurt or that they didn't have a suitable backup plan? Is it the Eagles fault that the Raiders, Bucs, and the Giants teams were so sorry. If Vick had still been in there, no doubt you would be crowing about how the Eagles were winners behind him. If you're an Eagles fan first as you say, you support whomever is in there at QB trying to win games. We could play the what-if game forever--what if Foles hadn't gotten his bell rung in the Dallas game? They may have still lost that game, but they would have certainly beaten the Giants the next week. What if Vick hadn't thrown an early interception against the Chiefs in week 3 or hit Jackson on at leat three more deep throws against the Chargers in Week 2?? What if he had been honest with Kelly BEFORE the 2nd Giants game so they could have given Barkley all the starters' snaps in that week? See, anyone can play the what if game.

You know, a lot of people on this board hail JJ and the fantastic defense he had even though in the (4 of 5) NFCCGs and SB they came up empty. He always said that yardage didn't matter if the Eagles held the other team to 17 points or less. With a lot less talent than he had to work with, and changing schemes, this team has played better D the last 6 weeks. Who cares that their 31st in yardage given up, but what-15th in points allowed??? That's like a lot of people hailing an Eagles offense for putting up over 400 yards in offense, but only scoring 17-20 points with it, as they used to do under Reid--a lot.

If somebody likes a player, they like a player. Just because you're racist and can't imagine anyone ever liking a QB of color, doesn't exclude other people from liking them.
This poster is clearly an illiterate clown, but maybe there are people from Newport News or who went to VA Tech or who just liked watching him play. Vick sucks, and I certainly wasn't ever a "fan" outside of cheering for him to win games as my team's QB, but he wouldn't be the first player to suck and still have fans.

As I said in your other post, you can't fault the Birds for how OTHER teams are playing at the time they play them or how those teams' hierarchy has constructed them. But I know if they had lost to them, as I said in your other post, you'd be complaining about them losing to those shitty teams and QBs.
