  • First Time Game this Sunday

I'm bringing my son to celebrate his 23rd Birthday this Saturday 11/16/13. Can't wait to see RG# planted in the turf a few times, and the look on Shanahans face when Foles torches DeAngelo Hall again and again! We are die-hard fans. Not bandwagon. Win or Lose, we support. It may suck some years, but we never waver.

We've both never been to the Linc, or to any tailgating ahead of time.
We are coming from Southern Delaware via the train and will arrive about 10 AM Sunday morning.

What to do, what to do?

Steer us in the right direction please.

Bring beer. You can typically walk around and find a tailgate to grub food.

We pick it up in Newark.
Drive there and then hop on.
        Only 14.50 round trip.
Can take a nap on the way back too lol...

Dont take the train from newark.

The train from Newark sucks. They only run a few trains down there. i dont think they run from or to there on the weekend.

You are better off going to Marcus Hook, about 15 miles past Newark. All R1 Trains go there where only a few trains go into claymont or wilmington.

          here's the link, http://www.septa.org/schedules/rail/pdf/nwk.pdf

i know this cause my father n law is engineer for septa and was season tix holder forever.

You should have taken him to a road game, at least then you'd have a chance at seeing the Eagles win.
