    Kid leads the league in QB pressures by DEs in the 3-4 alignment with 32 in 11 games.

    Given he was a tackle in the 4-3, he is developing nicely in our D as an DE.

    All in all, we have a good bunch of guys stepping up from the last two drafts:

    It's kind of funny how Kelly is changing the team. Transitioning to basically a Dick LeBeau 3-4 and basing the offense on the running game. Chip might be more "traditional" than people gave him credit for.

      He always says he is, but he says a lot of stuff people don't seem to buy until he actually shows it.

        to say it's insane to act like he's revolutionized football. I think his overall approach is to always strive for more efficiency in all aspects of preparation and execution, and to always be ready to adapt accordingly. I don't think that's revolutionary, I just think that's smart.
