    Trent Cole, Todd Herremans and Patrick Chung need to go

    It's clear Chung is too slow and Herremans' skills have deteriorated.

    Meanwhile, Trent Cole really isn't an impact playmaker. It was a nice story that he was able to get a few sacks late in the year but he isn't the guy you want in that role.

    The DE/OLB slot in the 3-4 should be dropping 10 sacks and 5 forced fumbles. Cole's 8 sacks and 3 ffs were a nice story but this team needs a rookie playmaker at DE. I'd trade up for a guy like that. It's an important position in this defense.

    In any order except Safety...that is huge, maybe we can pick up a good FA

          They should sign Byrd and Orakpo. That will sort out those two problems. I would say they could convert Dennis Kelley to guard but you never know with his back.

            I like Orakpo, but he's a big health concern.

              Totally agree, Orakpo has been injured a lot. If we try to get him then we need a good backup.

              But need to pursue Byrd. That should be our #1 target.
