The Sixers won AGAIN tonight...this time vs one of the best teams in the NBA, in Portland. Gross.

    And That's Bad Because...?

Considering we won't have a Super Bowl victory parade again this year, an NBA or Stanley Cup parade wouldn't be ALL that bad, now would it?

The Sixers and/or Flyers win and you say that's bad? What's wrong with this picture?

It was mostly a joke. They are going no where this season and need to get a lot of ping pong balls...

I'm actually happy with the direction this team is going.

If they keep this up, they will eventually get back in the playoffs and be irrelevant, again. They missed a big opportunity this year. The upside of this current roster is a playoff team in a watered-down league that won't win anything. Perfect.

They need to get rid of Thad. He's trying too hard

If the rumor was true that he asked to be traded, it's their fault for not accommodating his request. Trade him for Bynum so they can cut him, again.

              Bynum would be ideal

Right now, Brooklyn and the Knicks are both worse than the Sixers (record and tiebreaker wise). Although both of those teams haven't looked great, I've gotta believe, veteran leadership alone, they'll end the season better than the Sixers.

If Cleveland makes the Bynum for Gasol deal, they'll be a much better team too.

4 straight wins for the Sixers and they're still only 5 games better than the worst team in the NBA.

Hinkie is going to move the pieces that we want moved, he's just going to do it at the right time and in the right deal.

I'm still not worried about this team picking outside of the top 3-5. What we as fans should be doing is cheering for some more Pelicans' losses.

I follow the Pelicans as much I do the Sixers. A healthy Anthony Davis isn't helping. I think they are waiting too long to pull the trigger. There are too many bad teams out there. While there may be some other good players out there, the end result needs to be 'Top 3'. If the goal was to tank (which it was), they need to do it right.

I think one of the biggest problems they're facing is that outside of a select few, as you mentioned, the league is so even. Teams that were gonna tank are in division battles. Teams that were supposed to go deep in the playoffs are in the lottery.

A lot of teams don't know what they are yet, which makes it hard to find trade partners. Until a team really knows if they are going for it or not, they're not gonna trade for a piece like Thad or ET or Hawes.

I'd have to think someone would take them. I don't care what they get back in return. The bottom line is if they find the correct player, they become relevant for a decade. This draft has a lot of possibilities. I understand there are no guarantees but they have to roll the dice. They already know the fan base is ok with it. Leave it to Philly to not even know how to lose correctly. Ugh.

MCW is one of those correct players. They're a completely different team when he's out there running the show. Hopefully Noel is one of those correct players. Hopefully young players like Wroten and Anderson are very good bench pieces going forward.

And like I said, I'm not worried, Hinkie has done everything right so far, and he's going to continue to make the right moves. I know you hate to admit anyone is smarter than you, but Sam Hinkie is, so just let him do his thing.

Can you at least admit I'm smarter than the other three GMs in town? I'm not sure if that would be a compliment.

We're all smarter than RAJ and Homer.

Howie, while easy to pick on, actually seems to be a good talent evaluator and has built some young talent in a short time. So no, you're not smarter than Howie.
