Jrue Holiday is out indefinitely with a stress fracture in his tibia. Holiday joins New Orleans leading scorer, Ryan Anderson, on the "out indefinitely" list. Anderson has a herniated disc.

While you never want to see guys get hurt, especially someone who was nothing but professional here like Jrue, the Pelicans nosediving can only benefit the Sixers since they hold their 1st round pick (Top 5 protected)

Isn't too much nosediving bad? If the pelicans end up in the top 5, the sixers don't get that pick. Right?

All true. Right now, they're (New Orleans) 11th worst in the NBA. While Hinkie could still find a potential stud there (that's the slot they took MCW) it would be nice to see that Pelicans' pick creep up to #6 and then stop.

Let's hope those ping pong balls are kind this year. #1 and #6 would be unreal.
