As much as I hate RAJ, Abreu is just playing for fun. Minor league contract. He won't see the majors.

Best move Gillick made was dumping him.

But RAJ brings him back? Really?

Is there a clause in the contract which states that the team will be adding extra padding to the right field wall and a deeper warning track?

Agreed. I can't get too wound up about a minor league deal.

                            Found this comment somewhere else...

The Phillies Golden Era began when Pat Gillick traded Abreu at the end of the 2006 season, so it’s only fitting that Amaro has officially ended that era by bringing him back. Symmetry.
