If Fivehead wins today, maybe he'll retire. Voluntary retirement would be OK, but I'd like to see a forced retirement where some Seahawk SENDS the prick into retirement. What say you? Oh yeah, one more thing...GO ORANGE!!!! WOOO!

Perfectly Serious Question -- Why The Hatred?
His brother, that I can understand -- as an Igglephan that goes with the territory. However I have no problem whatsoever with Peyton Manning. He spent his entire career in the AFC and faced the Eagles five whole times.
You loathe him for a 4-1 record against the Birds? Please. You spend enough time in this league sooner or later you're going to play just about everybody multiple times -- it's the luck of the draw.
There is no way in HELL I will ever root for the Seahawks in the Super Bowl unless they're playing the Jets. Then it becomes a foregone conclusion."If I owned Texas and Hell, I'd rent out Texas and live in Hell!"

High profile players like Brady, Manning, LeBron, Crosby etc etc are for the most part beloved in their cities and hated by the other cities in their sport. It's a mixture of jealousy and disgust towards the national media's need to shove said players down everyone's throat.
I know you think you're better than pretty much every fan in America, but shut up already.Last edited by Sect 236; 02-02-2014, 12:41 PM.

If You Were Raised By A Father Who Loved (name) Tomato Pies...
...you would know why Papa Johns is, to me, like a gift from the gods.
A local family called their creation tomato pies but it was a full fledged pizza. At the time I didn't know any better -- it wasn't until after dad died that mom started getting pizzas elsewhere and I saw the difference.
Papa Johns ain't South Philly -- but it's about 56 light years better than my father's favorite."If I owned Texas and Hell, I'd rent out Texas and live in Hell!"

The constant blowing of him as the greatest of all time when many of the Really good qbs would have killed to have a quarter of the talent around him that Manning had his entire career.
There are a few reasons to hate the most overrated player in NFL history.
