Not only was graves the primary chemist on 2,600 drug cases since 2006, he was also the supervisor of the FDLE’s lab in Pensacola.

It's not all of TX that is like that, mainly in the "woods" do you find this kind of racial intolerance.

TX and FL are two states with a boatload of insane people and laws.. One can only hope inclusion and progression will somehow reach these narrow minded folks someday

Dallas is a blue dot, too. Evidence suggests Texas is turning purple and eventually blue-ish in a couple more election cycles. Then it truly will be game over for the GOP ever recapturing the white house.

In states where there are clear examples of cold-blooded murders of minorities ending up as self defense (FL) or overdose (TX), do you really think every single hate crime gets reported as such?

From a guy who has a brother in law enforcement, I'd say that high hate crime numbers in a particular state are not a reflection of a more racist population, but a sign the police hierarchy is willing to see things for what they are and call it what it is.

This is not a slight on TX. I lived there and love the people. I'm sure most Floridians are nice too. But citing crime statistics as an accurate reflection of reality reveals a lack of understanding of all the political BS that goes into producing these statistics, and as much as I loved most Texans, it's not a nice state to be black.
