He decided after a year that he couldn't take anymore insults and ball busting (Which was the norm in the locker room) and decided to throw his teammates under the bus. I want to know how Philbin is getting a pass in all of this. Apparently the Wells report actually commends Philbin, which I think is bullshit. The leader of an organization is ultimately responsible for shaping the organizational culture. I find it hard to believe that Jeff Ireland gets fired and somehow Philbin comes out of this smelling like roses.

Personally, I just think Philbin is too weak to lead. When Miami was on Hard Knocks, he just did not seem in command from what I saw.
