I'm not a fan of their food, and the place is loud and overcrowded.

It's amazing that some restaurant owners still dick around with server tips like that. It's even more amazing that anybody would work there in such cases.

Will Reno Mahe will get some of that settlement?

Holy shit, that's awful. I've never had much of a desire to eat in one of their establishments and I'll definitely stay away now. That's messed up.
