  • So who is The Yellow King?

Did we ever find out? We know who the Green Eared Spaghetti Monster is. IDK, I wasn't that crazy about that final episode. It was like taking a sh*t without wiping your a**. This article sums up alot of my thoughts.

    Spoiler Alert

I had trouble putting together the occult vibe. What I got was, the original murder looked ritualistic. The detectives were then looking for shitty old churches where the governors brother set up schools? And this pedophile was an unknown offspring of the governor and got various state contracts to maintain school property? I have to go back and watch everything.

The contracts includes parishes and churches, too.

Right, and cemeteries. So Rev Tuttle (technically the killers uncle, right?) was one of the men in the masks or he had the tape as some sort of ins policy? The shit isn't clicking for me yet, I haven't had my caffeine product yet. Edited, the whole Marie Fontenot thing hasn't really made sense to me. They were going around questioning people about Dora Lange and randomly came across a missing child case that was also related to their case? The cover up for the missing girl has gone way over my head. She has an aunt who took her but no one can find her or something crazy like that? Like I said I need to go back and make a better effort understanding the story and how it all ties in.

I think Rev. Tuttle was railroad-ed by the church after finding paper records and that tape.

i feel same way. last episode was kind of a letdown for me as well.

and please remember: If at first you don't succeed, you're not Chuck Norris.

Rust made the point that there are more people from that video and the air of a larger conspiracy is carried on in the news report at the end.

But Marty made the point that they got theirs. They solved the murder that they had failed to solve earlier and added a bit more light to the darkness.

I initially felt there were a lot of unanswered questions, but the clues are there if you know what to look for. This here lays out a really convincing case about what was going on:

I read that this morning. I thought it was a little snooty. Sure there were unanswered questions, but so what? I enjoyed the last episode. I thought the season was excellent. Maybe the fact that it had so many people obsessed and trying to find answers to the weirdness speaks to how good it was.

But to answer your question, the Yellow King is Kelly Green.
