  • Fucking Broncos trying to get it done...

Talib, Ward and possibly D Ware... They know Peyton's window is almost closed!

Talib will shit the bed... Happy about his brand new 57 million dollar contract. Fuck a free agency... Like the Jenkins pickup, develop Wolfe, maybe draft a safety.... Build thru the draft... Ever since the dream team I cannot stand FA

Nnamdi was a bust so never sign an expensive free agent again? That's the dumbest logic ever. I hate it!

Obviously not going to happen with every team but the Eagles all-in plan of 2011 didn't work very well and this is what this reminds me of. Talib is a very good corner, but one step away from indefinite suspension by the league--and yes, Peter I would have said that if he had landed with the Eagles;Ward, a good down in the box safety, not much of a cover guy and a diminished DeMarcus Ware, if they sign him.

Even Roseman said they'd spend on the right guy. And one of the tweets I read from one of the Philly writers was that they're willing to spend what they have but they thought 28M guaranteed was too much for Byrd.

Difference between the Dream Team and the Broncos is that Denver is coming off a Super Bowl (a year in which they were missing their best defender for half the regular season and all of the playoffs) and has a Top 5 All-Time QB coming off a career year that isn't turnover/injury prone. Plus, they're not making their OL coach the D Coordinator. Loyalty is really what did Reid in. All 3 guys will improve Denver, and they are still, depending on what kind of splash NE makes in free agency/draft, the team to beat in the AFC.

I'd rather go all-in with peyton than vick.

A lot things factored into the Eagles' Dream Team not working. Make no mistake though, the main reasons were Andy losing control of the team, and Castillo not having a clue about defense. If the Eagles signed the three players you mentioned, I would be more than happy.

All day long. I wonder, had we tried to get Peyton, would he have considered? He probably would have still went with Elway, but it could have been worth a shot, and he could have groomed Foles

Reports were that Peyton didn't want to play in the same division as eli.

Dude.... That whole FA sucked. Vince young and Ronnie brown- useless twats... Babin-terrible who got a 15 yard penalty at least once a game... Cullen Jenkins-ehhhh only decent one... That whole FA just changed culture and chemistry of the team

That's right, I forgot. He actually didn't want to play in the same conference now that I think about it

More like I don't think that every team that goes after a lot of free agents will shit the bed like the Dream Team (or the Foreskins). Plus, I like me some Peyton. I have to admit, I'm a Volunteer through and through
