Apparently. Jackson posted on his instagram account yesterday---

"Good to talk to big Chip today. Yall can hear or say what you want".

Its got a pic of Kelly smiling at him during camp last year.

My take on this?? Kellys called him, told him that teams have called the Eagles about Jackson and wanted to know if theyd trade him. Kellys probably said until you hear it from me it isnt happening.

Oh please. We have no idea what was said. For one, no indication of who called whom. It's just as likely they had a good laugh and talked about the entire thing being a complete fabrication from the start.
