We asked that years ago. It does take money to develop an app. Can't speak for IE, but I'm pretty sure he would welcome any genius's submission if they want to do the work for free.

There is/was an app that some of us tried out. I know my feeling was that interacting through the website was preferable.

There is an app. It works ok but there's a few major bugs. It'll do the trick though
