i don't know what the eagles will do in the end but to be STUNNED that the eagles don't trade a player they never said they were going to trade is ridiculous. maybe les should rely less on unnamed sources.

Poor choice of words by Les, but it is interesting that Kelly spoke to Jackson and indirectly ended the speculation (via Jackson's instagram) the day before Kelly is going face the media for the first time in a while.

Completely takes the air out of the questioning balloon. I know you don't like Kelly but I think you have to give him points for managing the Philadelphia media the way he did in this situation.

I see what you did there with the word stunned.

I just think it means that the news gets diffused over a couple of days. The big news (if you can call it that) dropped today via Jackson which has served purpose of pre-empting more speculation by the media tomorrow.

Gotta give Kelly credit for this... even if it only worked out the way it did by accident.
