You should call it the Graham rule, apparently Jimmy Graham did a dunk and then held onto the crossbar during a game. He held on long enough to tip it to one side, delayed the game a half hour while a crew worked to straighten the cockeyed goalposts. This one is all on Jimmy Graham.
