...apart from D Ward twittering nobody else has come out strongly against the move.....that's the most important part, if the locker room is ok with it then the rest is air. They have another winning season everyone will move on and when asked about DJ it will be " never heard of him".

It would explain cutting ties next year, for this year it's a financial loss for the Eagles because of the dead money.

It goes deeper than money, and it goes deeper than "distraction". Those two things alone are not enough to explain the move. I get the sense it's more the work ethic stuff with Kelly really.
