  • If Desean is such a gangster

Why are former Eagles Front Office Executives, Andy Reid and Jason Licht interested in signing him to their teams?

Reid was the Grand Poobah of the Eagles, and Licht was the Eagles' President of Player Personnel (Chet's Secretary), when Desean Jackson was drafted.

Yeah, the gang smear is complete bullshit and interest from the Bucs and Chiefs fucking proves it.

Didn't you read the article on how Reid wanted nothing to do with DeSean?

Reid has proven that he's willing to put up with Jackson and whatever baggage he has. What's so surprising about that? Let's see where ends up and for how much though before the level of interest in him is determined.

Reid understands the LA boys having grown up here himself.

Reid is also big on reclamation projects.

Are you referring to the Kansas City Star article by the Chiefs beat writer with the headline "Chiefs are interested in Receiver Desean Jackson after he is released by Eagles?" Or was it a different article?

I think he tried with them as well. Doesn't mean it worked. But he wanted Vick and he was behind Jackson.

Because of his sons, he wants everyone to be redeemed. He needs to believe in second chances.
500 internet fights, that's the number I figured when I first joined igglephans. 500 internet fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate internet-tough guy. You need them for experience, to develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then...after...you realize that's what you are.

                    Saw that one too.

What Reid isn't interested in is Jackson's current contract. Now that he's released, I'm sure Andy would love to sign him to a more cap friendly deal.

His son had a job with the team the day he died.
