I can't make out everybody that's in the shot, but I think it's the whole OL, Shady, the three TEs and Avant. I don't specifically see Cooper, but I'd have to think he's in the shot.

They're posing to celebrate the rushing title. Every player listed above had a hand in blocking for Shady and helping him get the title. DeSean probably tried to jump in the photo and they were like "ma'fucca, you haven't blocked since Pee Wee" and kicked him out.
