So you wouldn't want to trade down and get say 2 more picks? I mean it would depend on the situation but if someone like Cleveland says I'll give you a 2 this year and 2 next year and a fourth this year. I'd take it. This team needs a lot of pieces and adding picks is the way to go.

Yeah, I don't think you go into a draft thinking you have to trade up or down. Basically, they should have a few deals in place with some other teams where if one of the players they want at 22 is not there they automatically trade down.
