Having some players dislike you does not equal locker room cancer. If the Eagles locker room was that bad last season, they would never have gotten past Cooper and never have won the division. I dont buy the locker room cancer angle. The league is full of divas.

Personality clash with the coach and a few rednecks, sure.
Can we please stop conflating the DJax issue with the Cooper issue?

The fact that Cooper did something that people don't like doesn't necessarily mean that he's hard to work with. Jackson, by all accounts, seems to be pretty hard to work with, regardless of personal/outside of work behavior.

Lots of people work with other people that they would never hang out with outside of work.

A few rednecks now? Who are the other rednecks? Is Trent Cole one of the rednecks?

The fact that Cooper's teammates wanted to fight him would seem to indicate a problem. And the source in the profootballtalk article was third hand. Not even a player. Could have even been a Banner henchman.

              Dunno. Why do you ask?

"All I can tell you is I think he's a good person," Cole said. "I
              think he's a really good person and he's a great player. He's a guy
I'll never forget. When my career's done, to the end, that's a guy
I'll never forget. Just the incredible plays he's made and what he's
              done for the Eagles.

"As a teammate, I think he's a great guy. He's always been open to me.
I've always been open to him. I've always talked to him. He's always talked to me. I consider him one of my brothers. I think he's a good
guy. He has some things in the past that everybody keeps dwelling on.
But from my standpoint as a teammate and as a brother to him, I think
              he's a good guy."

Are you just referring to the scuffle with Williams during training camp practice as "teammates wanted to fight him" or another incident?

But you said a few rednecks, plural, didn't get along with Jackson. Who are the other rednecks on the team, specifically not getting along with Jackson?

You're right. I should have said teammates fighting him - instead of wanting to fight him. Not a locker room problem at all.

                      So who else fought him?

Sconces isn't the only one who dislikes him but if it has to be fighting than I think Williams is the only one who hit him.

I, like most of us, know that players were upset about what Cooper said - Shady quite publicly.

Maniac, however, is trying to take incidents and make them larger while conflating them with Jackon's history of problems in the locker room.

He's making the acts of single players the acts of several to make his point stronger.

He's using broad strokes and racially tinged descriptions for players. If Kelce is a redneck then I guess Jackson is a thug, right?

If it had been any other training camp scuffle (which are common) would he be discussing it as a locker room distraction? Does he bring up the fact that Williams has has a history of crossing the line - a previous fight in training camp that got him kicked out of practice and shoving a ref during the Super Bowl? I didn't see that mentioned anywhere.

How many teammates have to actually fight him for him to be a locker room cancer? By TerpEagle standards, of course.

And what was the point of your comment about Trent Cole?

How many Eagles players need to actually say that Jackson won't be missed for him to be a cancer? By Maniac standards, of course.

As for Cole, you said a few rednecks. Who are these rednecks that don't like Jackson? I know Trent Cole is an avid hunter - a "redneck" hobby. I thought maybe you meant him since you didn't explain.

So clarify, who are the other rednecks and which ones don't like Jackson?

And you said that teammates wanted to fight him (then teammates who did fight him), plural. Who are they? You keep switching around what you're saying.
