Because this is a 3 yr project for Chip. You just can't leave Foles out there hanging without a replacement for Djack. Plus is there any Safety that will a bigger difference maker than what Cooks could possibly be the O in this draft?

With only 6 picks in the draft you have to replace Jackson right away. The Defense have tons of holes to just use up on the 22nd pick.

I think with a heavy WR draft and everybody just saw the Seahawks and San Fran style of play, Dix and Pryor could be off the board quick before the #22nd pick.
