He talks about the fact that this is a mostly superficial act off racism by Donald Sterling (he doesn't want his rich white friends to think his mistress is banging a black guy) compared to his previous actions (significant housing discrimination in conjunction with his wife) that have had real consequences and have been largely ignored by the NBA.
