    Boston Bruins fans blew up Twitter Thursday night following the team’s 4-3 overtime loss to the Montreal Canadiens.
    P.K. Subban ended up scoring the winning goal in the fifth minute of the second overtime.
    Fans showing disappointment would have been completely understandable. But many of them took it to a whole other level, seeming following in the footsteps of Donald Sterling.

            What I poorly pointed out is another case of the media ignoring a pretty easy story because it doesn't fit the M.O. If this happened in philly, it would be reported...everywhere

                      Boston Bruins president Cam Neely on Friday denounced those who directed racial slurs at P.K. Subban via social media after the defenseman scored in the second overtime to lift the visiting Montreal Canadiens to a 4-3 victory Thursday night in the opener of their Eastern Conference semifinal series.

                      "The racist, classless views expressed by an ignorant group of individuals following Thursday's game via digital media are in no way a reflection of anyone associated with the Bruins organization," Neely said in a statement issued by the team.
